We do Quality Assurance and Control for some of our Clients, Most of them are "call center" based and they are looking at the Employee's you deal with over the phone. When tasked with this job, you are given detailed information and a telephone number to call, you are to call the company and act as if you are a REAL CUSTOMER READY TO BUY THEIR PRODUCT! You must stay on the line the time specified by our client to be paid, after the timeframe, the task is complete.
YOU ARE TO NEVER HANG UP IMMEDIATELY, END THE CALL NEUTRALLY "I'M GOING TO REVIEW OTHERS AND CALL BACK, ETC"
YOU ARE TO NEVER REVEAL THE REAL REASON YOU ARE CALLING
YOU ARE TO ALWAYS ACT AS A REAL CUSTOMER INTERESTED IN THEIR PRODUCT. EACH CALL IS RECORDED!
