THIS IS A COPY OF WE LIKE GETTING PAIDs POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. ANY QUESTIONS SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE ANSWERED VIA THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, HOWEVER, IF NOT FEEL FREE TO CONTACT YOUR SUPERVISOR VIA A MESSAGE HERE IN THE FORUM, OR THROUGH YOUR COMPANY EMAIL.

The policies included or referenced in this manual apply to all We Like Getting Paid employees unless specifically stated otherwise in each policy.
The policies are intended as guidelines only, and they may be modified, supplemented, or revoked at any time at the Company’s discretion. In particular, these policies do not constitute a contract (nor should they be construed as a contract) guaranteeing employment for any specified duration. Except as set forth in writing in collective bargaining agreements, individual employment contracts, or other Company policies, either the employee or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason.
No supervisor, manager, or representative of the Company has the authority to make any promises, commitments, or changes that conflict with the policies in this manual unless approved in writing by the chief human resources officer.
These policies supersede any handbook or policy statements, whether written or oral. Any subsequent revisions will substitute and replace prior policy or procedure statements and become a part of this manual. The Company will provide as much notice as possible of any changes in these policies. The most recent versions of all policies are available here.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: We Like Getting Paid is a service company, providing important and valuable products and services to people. In order to accomplish this mission, it is imperative that every employee be present when scheduled to fulfill customer expectations.
The Company awards its employees with sufficient incentives throughout the year. Time off must be scheduled with one’s supervisor in advance (7 days for one or two days; two weeks’ notice for three or more consecutive days)
This policy details how absences and tardiness are counted for the purposes of maintaining excellent customer service throughout the business day.
FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE ACT
Absences due to illnesses or injuries which qualify under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) will not be counted against an employee’s attendance record. Medical documentation
within the guidelines of the FMLA is required in these instances and you must have already provided the FMLA documentation from your medical provider to Human Resources and be currently approved for FMLA.

ABSENCES AND TARDINESS
Prescheduled times away from work using PTO (Planned Time Off) days are not considered occurrences for the purpose of this policy. An absence of multiple days due to the same illness, injury or other incident will be counted as one occurrence for the purpose of this policy.
A tardy arrival, early departure or other shift interruption is considered an occurrence. On occasion
and with prior approval by the supervisor, an employee who is tardy may adjust that day’s
schedule to work an equivalent amount of time at the end of the shift.
Arrival and departure times will be determined by the time on the time recording system in each
department. An employee is considered late if he or she reports to work anytime after their
scheduled starting time; an early departure is one in which the employee leaves before the
scheduled end of his or her shift.
If an employee is scheduled to work overtime and either fails to report or reports after the scheduled start time, an occurrence will be charged as noted above. You will receive 8 occurrences to use within a 6 month period. Absences and tardiness or early departure will be counted together as one if within the same shift.
Absences are each considered one occurrence unless you are out for more than one day with same
issue(s). Occurrences are counted in a rolling six-month period. Occurrences expire six months from the date of the incident. Each time an employee arrives late for their shift, leaves early from their shift or calls out for their shift unplanned will be the basis for a discussion between the employee and direct supervisor. The purpose of this discussion is to be certain that the employee understands where they are in the occurrence string and the consequences of violation. The coaching session will be documented to the employee’s personnel file.If you reach the 7th occurrence in the same six-month period, it allows us to place your schedule out to the team for bid and the schedule you receive in return will be yours going forward. We do this because if we can’t count on you to be here or to arrive on time, we may need to give you a different schedule where you are arriving later in the day to avoid early morning dropped calls or if you are a closer of your campaign, we may need to find another closer to replace you, as we need the campaign calls to be answered right up until the lines are closed. The 8th occurrence of an absence, tardiness or unplanned leave early to the above in the same sixmonth period is considered the final step in the disciplinary process regarding attendance and punctuality and any occurrences thereafter may lead to Termination.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
A no call no show is considered a severe attendance occurrence, we must know when an employee is not going to be in for his/her shift
The step discipline process for any no call no show is as follows:
1st no call no show: Occurrences #1 ,-#6 are skipped and you go to an immediate #7 occurrence and that is the status of your attendance.
2nd separate no call no show: Brings you to Occurrence #7 and that is the status of your attendance.2nd consecutive no call no show: Is considered Job Abandonment and we will process your VoluntaryResignation. ***
Any no call/no show lasting 2 consecutive scheduled shifts, is considered job abandonment and we will
assume that you have resigned from your position at We Like Getting Paid and will process your
Voluntary Resignation. *****Management may consider extenuating circumstances when determining discipline for a nocall/no show (for instance, if the employee is in a serious accident and is hospitalized) and has the right to exercise discretion in such cases.
